Monkey Bread

3 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 package yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons margarine -- softened
1 egg
1/3 cup margarine, melted
sugar cinnamon mixture

Grease (not oil) fluted bundt pan.
Mix all but 1/3 cup melted margarine and sugar cinnamon mixture, into a soft dough. Knead on lightly floured surface. Press or roll into 12"x15" rectangle. Cut dough diagonally into 1 1/2" or 2" strips both ways to form diamond shaped pieces. Dip each piece in melted margarine and layer in pan. Sprinkle each layer with sugar cinnamon mixture. Repeat layers, overlapping the pieces until none remain. Cover and let rise 60 minutes. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes. Makes 1 10" pull apart loaf. Serve warm.
