Simple and Easy Bread Recipes
Red bean, navy bean, pinto bean, green bean, black bean, lima bean, white bean recipes that have been collected from box tops, cans, newspapers, magazines and friends over the years.

Sugar Biscuits

4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
Mix together

Now add
1 stick butter or margarine

Break 2 eggs into a measuring cup and enough milk to make 2 cups. Add this to the above ingredients. Fill paper muffin cups or well greased muffin tins half full. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. They will be light brown on top. Also the more you mix the batter, the finer the texture will be. Also I have a sugar and cinnamon mixture in a shaker, that I will sometimes sprinkle the top when I first take them out of the oven.
