APRICOT NUT CANDY

1 lb. dried apricots
1/2 to 1/4 lb. dates
12 oz. pkg. unsweetened coconut
1 lb. dates

Grind together. Mix together with your hands until mixture is well mixed and will stick together. If too dry, add a few more ground dates. Form into square or round logs or round balls and chill in refrigerator. When ready to serve, slice. These will keep a long time in the refrigerator and may be frozen. The flavors blend together better after a week or two. Recipe can be varied by using dried apricots or other dried fruit to replace part of the dates.
