WATERGATE COOKIES

1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 box pistachio instant pudding
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1-1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1-1/2 c. finely chopped maraschino
cherries (optional)

Combine in order given. Mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Great for the holidays.
