DORADO STEAKS IN CRETAN CRANBERRY SAUCE

6 dorado steaks, 1" thick
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can chicken consomme
1/2 c. whole cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour

Brush steaks on both sides with melted butter. Sprinkle each steak with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place on greased broiler pan and broil about 10 to 15 minutes until fish flakes. While steaks are broiling, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat and stir in flour. Blend and stir in consomme. Cook until thickened. Add cranberry sauce and lemon juice. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Place steaks on serving dish. Spoon sauce over steaks. Garnish with lemon wedges.
