PEAR HONEY
5 c. ground pears
10 c. sugar
2 c. crushed pineapple
Combine pears, sugar, and pineapple in 5 quart saucepan. Cook
for 30 to 45 minutes until thickened. Pour into hot sterilized
jars, leaving 1/2 inch head space. Seal with 2 piece lids.
Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
