PEAR MOLD

1 lg. can pear halves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 sm. pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. cold water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Pecans
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese

Add enough water to pear syrup to make 1 3/4 cups liquid. Put sauce, spice, salt in pan. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand covered 10 minutes. Dissolve jello in hot mixture and add the cold water and lemon juice. Put small amount of mixture in bottom of pan and refrigerate until partially set. Place pear halves over jello. Put cream cheese, rolled into balls (pecans are mixed in) inside pear halves. Put remaining jello over pears; refrigerate.
