2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. pecans, chopped
