To print out the recipe just highlight the recipe and change the option from ALL to SELECTION for the print range.
BAKED PUMPKIN APPLE SALAD

1 med. pumpkin, seeds removed
Enough apples, peeled and sliced to fill pumpkin 3/4 full
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. crushed cloves
1 c. walnuts
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. red hots
2 tbsp. margarine

Wash and clean pumpkin. Peel and slice enough apples to fill pumpkin about 3/4 full. Mix apples and listed ingredients (ingredients may be adjusted to taste). Fill pumpkin with apple mixture. Loosely place aluminum foil over top. Bake 2 hours in 350 degree oven. Wrap pumpkin lid in foil separately and bake for only 1 hour. Serve warm.
