Breaded Veal Cutlets

2 lb. (1/2-inch thick) veal round
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. bread crumbs
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. water
6 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. milk
1 (10 1/2 oz. or 11 oz.) can cream of celery soup

Cut veal into 6 pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Dip into crumbs, then into egg mixed with water and again into crumbs. Brown in hot oil. Drain on paper towels and arrange
veal in one layer in shallow baking dish. Mix milk with soup and pour over veal. Cover; bake in 300 degrees oven for one hour.
Makes 6 servings.
